Patriot Investment Management is looking for an Associate Financial Advisor to join our team. As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will build long-term relationships with clients, while offering guidance and providing solutions to help them meet their financial goals. You should be able to prioritize multiple projects, conduct themselves in a professional manner, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. 

Description

• Prepare financial plans, projections, and analyses across retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and cash‑flow planning
• Support portfolio management activities, including rebalancing, reporting, and investment research
• Participate in client meetings and assist with follow‑up tasks and action items
• Maintain accurate client records and workflows in CRM and planning software
• Conduct research on planning strategies, investment topics, and regulatory updates
• Collaborate with the advisory team to enhance processes, improve client service, and support firm initiatives
• Uphold the firm’s fiduciary standard and commitment to client-first advice

Candidates must demonstrate the following:

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance, financial planning, economics, or related field preferred
• Series 65 license or willingness to obtain required
• Progress toward CFP(r) or willingness to pursue it
• 1 – 3 years of financial industry or wealth management experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships
• Professional presence and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and process
