Client Service Associate
Patriot Investment Management is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join its team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, thorough, and very detail oriented. They should be able to prioritize multiple projects, conduct themselves in a professional manner, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
Description
- Process new account paperwork, account transfers, deposits/withdrawals, and beneficiary changes, among other things.
- Ensure paperwork and appointment prep is ready for advisor meetings.
- Records client inquiries including service changes, new account opening, money movement, trading, etc. in CRM.
- Assist with client communication via email and phone.
- Contacts clients to follow up on outstanding paperwork and needed documents.
- Answers the phones to assist clients with needs.
- Responds to routine client requests via phone, email and/or other contact methods.
- Assists in greeting clients at our office.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Candidates must demonstrate the following:
- 4-year degree preferred.
- 3+ years of financial administration and customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships.
- Professional presence and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process.
